  • Activated carbon tower : For removal of volatile chemical gases coming out of exhaust emission of oven and paint booths.
  • De-Sludge pit : For centralized removal of paint sludge.
  • Effluent treatment plant with zero discharge : For treatment of discharge of pretreatment chemicals and overflow.
  • Environmental Safety EquipmentsFume Exhaust cum Scrubber : Fume Exhaust is provided to protect men/machines/materials in the plants from hazardous gases and fumes and Pollution Controls.  The Exhaust can be directly feed to environment or pass through Water Scrubber based on the Hazardous nature of the fumes.

  • Environmental Safety EquipmentsFire fighting systems – We offer complete fire fighting solutions for paint shops. This includes water sprinkler and CO2 flooding system. Water sprinkler system consists of fire/smoke sensors. Main types of systems offered in this category are :

  • Gas leakage detection systems :
    This comprises of gas concentration level (LEL) monitors with alarm systems. A fully customized panel can be installed which can handle any number of channels, can provide any number and combination of relay alarm devices, repeater panels, zone annuciators etc. The monitor can provide the functions of signal processing, alarm generation, battery back-up power supply etc. all in a weather proof enclosure. The sensor head can be installed on a mounting bracket in the area of interest .

    A control output is available for directly driving external horn, hooter, flasher, exhaust fan, Shut off valve, voice alarms, auto-dialers etc.

  • Fire dampers – Auto fire dampers are being suggested in the exhaust ducts of paint booths, which prevent the entry of fire inside paint booths.
