Complete powder coating line suitable for 2000 window /split Air conditioner per day.

The plant consist of PLC based dip type pre treatment line with 2 Nos. transporters, Hot Water Generator for heating and Air Agitation System, On line camel back water dry off and paint baking oven, stainless steel powder coating booths with 4 Nos. Automatic Guns mounted on reciprocators and 2 nos. touch up guns. The booth is provided with automatic on line sieving and auto powder management system i.e. mixing of used powder with virgin powder in desired ratio. The complete powder spray system is pressurized.

Supplied Conveyorised paint shop for tractor wheel rims Conveyor speed of the plant is 2.0 mtr/m having robust ’I’ beam conveyor system for material handling. The plant is based on Wet-on-wet process and is fully enclosed for dust prevention. Ovens are camel back gas fired.
